A group from Beverley Photographic Society look around the village, including Rievaulx House. They then tour the Abbey, with the commentary providing a brief history and showing many of details of the Abbey.
Intertitle – Stone Creek and St Patrick’s Church
Stone Creek bay, on the bank of the Humber, is shown with small boats anchored. A yacht sets sail. Then on to Patrington Church, showing many features inside and giving an account of the statues and stained glass windows.
Intertitle – Kirkham Priory
Next to Kirkham Priory, again filmed in some detail and providing a potted history. A boat is shown going along the River Derwent.
Intertitle – Pickering
The film gives a tour around Pickering, showing the railway station in derelict condition, but mentioning that the railway is running as a tourist attraction.

Again much of the castle is filmed and a history provided.

The Beverley Minster is shown from Long Lane, and then from various other vantage points with the commentary providing a history of the Minster and pointing out many of its architectural features, including discussing many of the figures having musical instruments.
