This is a film made by Doug and Norah Brear of a Wakefield Amateur Cine Club outing to Alton Towers theme park.
It’s mid-July and members of WACC board a coach for a trip to Alton Towers.

On arrival they wander around the grounds, visiting the pagoda, and having ice creams as they look around the gardens. They take an ‘observation car’ which takes them around the site. They also go on the miniature railway, the boating lake, and a carousel, as well as going...
