The film begins with views over a valley in a mountainous landscape. They park by a stream before taking a ferry across the Moray Forth. On the other side, fish are unloaded and Norah inspects the rocks. There is a plaque for Charles Edward Stuart (aka Bonnie Prince Charlie), marking his flight from Scotland in 1746, visiting the site of the Battle of Culloden. They walk around Culloden and watch men fishing in the sea and scuba diving. They watch the fishing boats head out to sea at Banff, with a worker who looks as if he is bagging up food pellets and salt. A trawler is pulled into a dry dock for repairs, and fish and prawns are unloaded and sold in an auction next to a harbour full of fishing vessels. There is a last view of Highland scenery.
