After a closer shot of the Mayor and entourage, members of the town can be seen lining the street as they watch the parade pass by. There are shop fronts in the distance including Kendall and an Estate Agent's. The officials mount a podium and watch the service groups march past for inspection. When the procession begins, the Bus Station can be seen in the background. There are people in uniform and civilian clothing who make up the procession. There is a brief section of the film which features men playing golf. They are teeing off at the 8th hole. In the second half of the film there is another Mayoral parade including service men, women, and children. There are many shots of crowds and officials with a Harrogate back drop. The services process through the streets of Harrogate. Again, in the city centre, members of the procession salute as they pass the Mayor. And after the procession, the Mayor speaks to a few people nearby, and the crowd gathered for the event, as well as the servicemen making up the procession, disperses. .
