The opening view shows the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. Souvenir sellers at the tower are doing a roaring trade; a long queue has formed at the tower lift.  On one of the upper levels, the lift stops and passengers get off, the lift then continues to a higher level. Film cuts to tourist sight-seeing boats on the Seine. It cuts again to the Arc de Triomphe where there is an impressive array of floral displays. General views of the centre of Paris taken from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. The film cuts to general views of street and outdoor cafe scenes. On board with other tourists on one of the sightseeing boats on the Seine a guide speaks into a microphone describing the changing scene along the river. Views of Notre Dame Cathedral follow, and along the banks of the Seine artists display and sell their creations. Views follow of the Arc de Triomphe and the square surrounding it devoid of traffic.  A man launches a model boat on a public park lake. Shots follow of the Moulin Rouge and of billboards, announcing future shows. A general view follows of the Sacre Coeur in the distance. This is followed by a view of the steps and funicular railway that lead up to the Sacre Coeur. The funicular railway car makes an ascent, a young girl arrives in a white dress at Sacre Coeur. General views follow of tourist boats on the Seine, traffic in the Champs Elysees and traffic around the Arc de Triomphe. More general views follow of Paris at night with traffic moving through the city. General views show daytime and night shots of a cinema sign advertising 'Lawrence of Arabia', the Paris Lido, tourist boats on the seine at night, the Trocadero fountains, followed by more traffic at night. The film ends with a section of commercial film(?) where exotic dancers perform at one of Paris's nightspots, possibly the Moulin Rouge.
