A view shows cows in a field which cuts to show them making their way along a track for milking. General views of Roseberry Topping near Great Ayton cuts to people on horseback riding through the countryside or a village. Off the coast, a man attempts to pick up his windsurfing sail followed by views of small dinghies sailing through the water. The film cuts to show a man putting together a hand glider before jumping off an edge, possibly at Sutton Bank in North Yorkshire, then flying through the air. A small commuter diesel train travels along a railway track followed by an Intercity 125 travelling in the opposite direction. A view follows looking out from a Intercity door window. A passenger airplane comes into land at an airport and taxis along the runway, probably Teesside Airport near Middleton-St-George. Another aircraft takes off. General views of other airplanes landing and taking off. Along a coastline, general views show various small fishing boats or cobles moored in the water or travelling at sea. On a concrete pier or jetty two men in bright yellow waterproofs are sea fishing. The film ends with more views of small fishing boats moored in the water filmed at sunset. Title: The end.
