Made from cardboard, the film shows a knight with a lance on horseback charging at a number of bowmen. The film ends with the bowmen shooting the knight off the horse. The film begins on a herald trumpeter made from cardboard apparently blowing his trumpet. A knight appears on horseback with the cross of St George painted on his chest. A hand can be seen moving the horse towards the camera to show movement. A second cardboard knight appears and the film shows him on horseback holding a lance. The film cuts to him moving towards camera, his lance held high.   A cardboard character turning towards camera holds a bow. The film cuts to show the knight on horseback moving up and down as the background goes past to give the impression of movement.   An arrow is fired from a bow knocking the knight from his horse. The film ends with the knight on the ground with a number of arrows sticking out of him.
