A man cranks the starting handle on his veteran car, climbs aboard and drives his vehicle along a short track coming to a stop beside a man, possibly an official in the race.
The film cuts to show a second man rushing along the track and turning the starting handle of another car before climbing aboard and sitting next to his passenger. He releases the handbrake and begins to drive along the marked track. General views of other dr competitors in the event.

The film changes to show two men driving up in their veteran car. They both jump out and run around the vehicle in the opposite direction before climbing back on board and driving off. A second car approaches and the two men on board repeat what the two previous men had done.
