The older sister guides the youngster in the art of watering plants. After a time they walk back up the drive and go into the garage. They walk back down the driveway again, and with gentle guidance from his sister they continue watering the garden plants. When the water is finished the little boy looks forlornly at the empty can. The film ends with the girl and young boy going to fill it once again so he can carry on with his task.
