In a kitchen a woman comes over and tries to speak to her husband who is sitting at the table reading a newspaper. He isn’t listening and in frustration she knocks the paper away from his face. He gets up, puts on his jacket and walks into the living room kneeling down beside the fireplace....

In a kitchen a woman comes over and tries to speak to her husband who is sitting at the table reading a newspaper. He isn’t listening and in frustration she knocks the paper away from his face. He gets up, puts on his jacket and walks into the living room kneeling down beside the fireplace.
Title: Tea Time
The husband comes back into the kitchen and his wife, sitting at the table reading a magazine, turns away ignoring him. He walks over to his side of the table where a plate, knife and fork are laid out. A note on the plate reads ‘Dinner in the Oven’.
He opens the the grill inside the over to reveal two slices of burned toast. He takes it back to the table and begins buttering and then eating it, she continues to ignore him.
The film fades to the living room into which the wife comes and takes a seat. Her husband comes into the room where he selects and puts on a record to listen to. He takes a seat and begins to flick through a magazine.
Upstairs in the bedroom the husband gets into bed beside his wife. He hands her a note which reads ‘Wake me at 6.30’ before turning out the light.
Title: Next Morning
The man awakens on his own and looks across at the bedside clock which reads 9.45. The film ends with him looking a note left by his wife which reads ‘It’s 6.30 Wake Up’.
