Laying on the ground a police certificate. Across a parade ground a troop of newly graduate policemen and women march past family and friends sitting in the stands. They come to attention as other troops march in the background making way to their assigned positions. A troop of officer’s march past, in the near distance a senior officer salutes as they pass.
A Police Sergeant with a stick under his arm marches out onto the parade ground changes to a group of cadets in sportswear marching onto the parade ground and placing mats onto the ground. A demonstration follows with cadets jumping over a pommel horse. Two cadets climb atop a long pole balancing their while their colleagues holding the pole at the base. The film ends with the sporting cadets marching across the parade ground behind their instructor.
