Some of the trophies are passed around the room from one man to another, one man raises his in the air in triumph.
With presentations over men sit at tables around the room happily drinking pints of beer and eat sandwiches, a number raise their trophies to the camera. One man finishes his pint in one go. More pints are consumed.
On stage a woman performs with an accordion, she is accompanied by man in bowtie at a piano. Those in the room applaud and continue their drinking. A man speaks from the stage jumping off as the woman with the accordion begins to perform again.
More drinks are consumed, on stage another presentation is made. Several in the room raise either their pints or trophies to the camera, others begin to sing drunkenly. A game of cards is played at one table, nearby two men play darts.
Behind the bar two barmaids serve their customers, one pulls a pint of beer. On the other side of the bar a drunk man drapes his arm around the shoulder of a woman. Another game of cards is played as a woman behind the bar rings the bell for last-orders beside the bar area full of empty pint glasses.
