He turns and goes inside a semi-detached house. He comes out with a glass of water and sits on the doorstep beside a young girl. A view of a small snowman in a garden is followed by views of people walking to the top of Boldon Bank, many of them pulling sleds. A man speeds past on his sled, a woman races back up the hill pulling a sled to the top. A small crowd watches as a group of people piled on a sled speeds past and comes to a stop. The remainder of the film shows people either pulling their sleds to the top of Boldon Bank or sliding down it at speed sometimes individually, others in small groups.
