Made by members of the Leeds Cine Club (later Leeds Movie Makers), this is a spoof comedy film, obviously made to be deliberately bad. Title: 'Tempest Films Presents The Decorator Documentary' The film starts off in a serious mode showing a supposed professional decorator putting up wall paper. But then the 'director' of the film cuts in, and a cameraman films the decorator attacking the director with his sheet of pasted paper. A woman holds up a clapper board, and the decorator continues putting up the paper, obviously in an incorrect fashion, and is stopped again. Again the clapper board is used with larking about in a 'carry on' sort of way. The lights go out and there are more shenanigans in the dark. The cameraman changes his film, and as the decorator becomes more and more covered in bandages, the comedy becomes increasingly slapstick. In the 'Head-itting room' the film is processed in the 'cine sink'. This is followed by more slapstick comedy as they edit the film using garden shears to cut the film and nailing it to the wall to dry. End title: 'Movie Maker Ten Worst'
