Title: 'Wagner at Cowes'
The film opens in Cowes to the sound of Wagner's 'Ride of the Valkyries', with the harbour and the sea packed with sailing boats. From on a small, boat the film passes by other boats and ships of all kinds, including battle ships, like HMS Antelope. On shore there are old canons and someone dressed as Popeye.
