Part two of the 1975 holiday to Butlins, this film includes footage of the holiday apartments in Butlins, Filey, as well as some of the recreational activities, such as swimming, which are available for holiday-goers.
The film opens with shots of the holiday apartments in Butlins. A teenage boy and a young girl are playing on some stairs and then they join their mother and walk across the grass away from the accommodation. The girl walks through a gap in a hedge while her mother carefully walks through so as not to tear her tights; the boy takes a running jump over the hedge.
They are in the playground sitting on swings and smiling at the camera and then the children go and play on the roundabout and some of the other things in the playground. There is a shot taken from the playground looking in to the distance where the cable cars can be seen in the sky above Butlins. The mother is sitting on the roundabout, and her son starts to push her faster and faster; she holds on tightly.
The next shots take place in an on-site restaurant and the children are at a booth and smiling at the camera. Following this the mother and children go into a toy store and look around. There are lots of shots from all around the shop and the crowds of other children that are there too.
Following this are shots of an outdoor pool which his full of adults and children. Some people dive into the water while others wander around the side of the pool. There are shots following the mother and children as they go for a walk around the grounds of the camp, up grassy hills where they take a ride on the Butlins Express, a small steam train which travels along beside a lake. There are lingering shots taken from the train looking forward to the passengers in board; many of the children grab at trees and bushes as they pass by.
There is a section which is very hard to see as the lighting is very bad. They are inside a big room and a lot of multi-coloured lantern lamps are visible; the shots are from the Beachcomber and Gaiety Bar. There is a man on stage with some audience members, he starts a sing song and they join in. There are a few shots which show how crowded the bars are and there are a few brighter shots of the audience and another female singer up on stage performing.
The very last shot is of a children's play area.
