In the next scene a young woman, probably the children's mother, walks across the garden which now has very little snow; a toddler walks after her pulling a toy horse. The woman throws small snow balls at her son who hides behind the body of the snowman. There is a brief shot of an enclosure full of chickens and a final shot taken from an upstairs window, looking out onto the snowy garden.
