Description A well shot amateur film by a gentleman from Cawthorne, near Barnsley, that captures life around the village and surrounding area.
The film opens with a girl holding a rod on a sea dock. The rest of the coast can also be seen on what looks to be a quite overcast day. There are good close-up shots of the girl smiling before she catches a fish. She has some trouble reeling it in, but eventually holds her fish up for the cameraman. Next to her, a professional fisherman is also casting off the docks. He too catches a fish. The film ends with shots of the sea.
