The beach around the South Bay is crowded full of people sunbathing, playing in the water, and slowly riding on horses. Up and down the coastline the ocean can be seen as waves are breaking closer and closer to the shore. In port, there are many boats, mostly sailboats, which are stationary as the tide is out. More of the area around the port and bay can also be seen. There is a large carnival ride and people riding horses on the beach with the ocean in the background. The tide slowly makes its way into the bay and the water level begins to rise measured by the height of the water to the boardwalk walls. Also coming in for the day is a small fishing boat, Rose, which is returning to dock.
