Description This is a film of a Whit procession in the village of Clayton, near Bradford.
The film begins with a girl climbing onto a stage watched by a crowd gathered for the Whit procession. A man is shown filming the scene as someone is conducting. Then a marching band appears. The band lead the parade, followed by a lorry and a horse and cart, each carrying children in Whit dress. These are followed by people on foot. They stop in a square to sing before moving off again.
