Two senior police officers and another man walk towards a line of men in suits and coats; they all shake hands. In the next shot the three men are standing in front of a platform saluting to people that are out of the shot of the camera. They walk over to three mounted police officers and inspect their horses and then they walk along lines of police officers who are standing to attention.
There are shots of the men taken from different as they walk up and down between the rows of police officers. Following this, the inspectors walk over to where the senior female police officer has her officers lined up in rows. They also inspect police officers and their cars.
