The documents change hands and the crowd is encouraged to applaud and cheer by a man who waves his hat to the audience. General view of the crowd gathered around the stand. Mrs E. B Gallimore was founder of CPRE Sheffield and Peak District Branch, and believed it was in this this capacity that she was handing over the deeds.
