At the Hopping’s Fair, crowds watch the Tornado ride spinning, next to it a helter-skelter. At dusk crowds of visitors walking around the site. Many of the rides and attractions are lit up with colourful neon. One ride spins those riding it a full 360 degrees before swinging them side-to-side. At night the fair and rides are lit up with brightly colour lights including a Meteorite ride, its cage flashing on and off.
At Portsmouth tugboats pull the HMS Ark Royal out to sea, members of the crew standing on the deck watching. The film ends in a Westland Sea King helicopter flies overhead.
