The two women continue to relax at the stern of the boat as the journey continues passing more boats moored along both sides of the riverbank. As the boat approaches the city of York it passes a pleasure boat travelling in the opposite direction. It passes under the Ouse Bridge and the Viking Hotel as well as the Guildhall before travelling under Lendal Bridge and pulling up to a jetty.
