Hilary tries to stand, falling over twice, before slowly making her first steps across the garden. Later she climbs up some steep stone steps while her mother watches over her. Hilary then tries to keep her balance in a wood. She then walks freely back in her garden where she attempts to pick up a large watering can before picking up a ball. Here the film fades out.
