The film opens as a baby crawls over a blanket in a garden. The baby knocks over a fluffy dog and sits up, smiling at the camera.
The film switches to a group of people at an outdoor event boarding a bus (?). The film then switches again to a street where a boy waves a white flag to signal to two other boys to race off on their bicycles. There is a very brief snatch of a railway before returning to the family garden where a woman, probably Mrs Wainwright, tends to her flowers.
