The film opens with a shot of a women standing on the deck of a cruise boat. One of the buildings at the Harwich Shipyard can be seen. The boat pulls out of the harbour, and eventually the tub boat turns around once the ship is well out to sea. Two women relax on deck chairs in the sunshine on the deck of the boat. Following this is footage of a city and the shops which line the streets. There are further scenes taken from the boat as it continues on the tour, and boats and other ships can be seen passing.
