A younger woman comes in and walks over to a woman with an appointment book; they talk for a moment and she walks off. In the hairdressing studio a woman works on a client. The camera moves so that the other hairdressers and clients are visible. They all have a trolley with their instruments and they wear smocks. There are also a few male hairdressers. An asian male hairdresser puts towels around the neck of a client and tips her head forward into the basin; he wets her hair thoroughly. Then he shampoos, dries and combs the woman's hair. He puts some product into her hair, combs it again and puts sections of it into rollers.
