This film is from the Bradford College Collection and contains footage of the demolition of an old building on a section of the campus.
The film opens with a shot of a man in jeans and a t-shirt standing on rubble on a construction site; he has a pick axe in his hands. The next shot is taken from further away and the entire site and the construction vehicles are visible. There is a brief shot of a bonfire, a digger removing demolished material and then shots of the torn down walls.
Steam rises from the rubble which is adjacent to the college building. On one wall is a sign which reads `Carlton Ter,', then the camera moves to show the entire site; old buildings and old car parking spaces.
The final shots are taken from up high looking down onto the site and the rubble; a few more shots are taken from several angles showing the demolished buildings and surrounding areas.
