A police raid is then shown and these are offcuts from another film called in the collection. Shots then show a damaged truck parked on the hard shoulder, with policemen inspecting it and trying to clear up the scene. There are then shots of Leeds city centre, which include busy streets and views of shopping districts. A shot then shows vandalised post and phone boxes. The final shots show a police car driving down several streets. The next reel begins with a red motorcar and a police officer talking the driver. Night shots then show a police car driving through dark urban streets. The next shot shows officers sitting around desks listen to senior man in a suit; the scene goes on for a long period of time and includes close ups of some of other officer. The next scene shows a road block stopping criminal vehicle. The driver exits the car and the officers use pistols to detain the man, who under orders drops to the floor before being handcuffed. A group of senior officers then stand around talking. The next scene shows officer being talked through a presentation in front of a projector. There is then a performance for a school that aims to educate kids on road safety.
