This is a film of unveiling ceremony of the Keighley War Memorial, with a march by ex-soldiers and laying wreaths, watched by a large crowd.  The images were originally filmed in 1924, but this version of the film includes a soundtrack and commentary added at a later date.   Title – Unveiling Ceremony of the Keighley War Memorial Dec. 7th 1924. The film begins with a group of ex-servicemen posing for the camera with a wreath.  The military band of the 6th Duke of Wellington and more soldiers march past, followed by ex-soldiers in civilian clothes arriving for the ceremony.  Two of these also pose with a large round wreath.  The mayor, officers, and other dignitaries emerge from the Town Hall.  They all gather around the War Memorial.  A large crowd watches as wreaths are laid, and a speech is made by Lt. General Harrington.  After the ceremony, people look at the many wreaths.
